If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the painstaking handcrafted nature of our cakes, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges. Every cake is a unique work of art and is sold 'as is' with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. All sales are final.

Our Guarantee 

We promise to do everything in our power to deliver a canine cake that exceeds your expectations. We will work with you to ensure you and your loved one are completely satisfied with your cake.

Even to dogs, flavor and texture is subjective. We cannot guarantee that your pet will like the flavor, but we do guarantee that our cakes are fresh, healthy and made with only the very best human-grade ingredients.

Please note that colors and design of actual cakes may vary slightly from the on screen images due to the natural diversity of edible components and variations in computer displays.

Order Changes

 

Construction of our cakes is a detailed three-day process. We require at least 72 hours advance notice for changes of any kind. No changes to cake color may be made, but we are happy to change the cake type, breed of the dog cookie or any custom wording if it is done no sooner than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time. If you need to postpone your delivery to another date, we require a minimum 72 hours notice.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds requested due to decorating style, coloring or any design component, or due to flavor or texture issues of any kind will not be honored.

 

Under certain circumstance where refunds are issued, any refunds given will be done at Pêtisserie’s discretion. If a return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Delivery

 

Customers will be called when their cake has left our facility. If the customer is not at home at the stated delivery time every attempt will be made to deliver at another time. If the cake cannot be delivered within 72 hours of the original delivery time, the cake will be forfeited and no refund issued.

 

We try our absolute best to make sure that we are able to deliver your cake on the date and time requested. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are not able to deliver the cake, we will not provide a refund.  We will not be responsible for any additional expenses that you incur as a result of our failure to deliver the cake. Our liability is limited to the contracted value of the cake.

 

Once a cake has been received by you or a designated party it is considered “Accepted”. Cakes damaged in shipping will be replaced free of charge.
